A day at Marbles

One cold, rainy November morning, we packed the kids up and took them to Marbles, the Raleigh children's museum. It was a definite hit! We eventually had to drag the kids out of there at 1pm even though they were both starving and exhausted. What a fun spot!

Three-level pirate ship with lots of pirate costumes and accessories
Firefighter Isaac driving his truck
Trying out a saw and a hand drill at the tool bench
One of our favorite things there: an "ice" hockey rink!
(This made me think of you and your boys, Megan!)
Amelia was really getting into the hockey, despite the fact that there was a bigger, more experienced kid blocking all her shots, as seen above!
Zen-ed out balance board "surfer"

This is the second time I've heard about Marbles this week. We have to go there!!! You all have been a topic of conversation at our house (or hotel) too. We want to come down soon for a hockey game and to spend the weekend with you. The boys will be so excited that Amelia and Isaac loved the hockey!!
